Keep getting mail delivered to wrong address (two blocks away). The computer “robo calls” are a joke! Why can’t they answer the phone - and not have to call me back in 1.5 hours. That is unacceptable!
It does what it needs to. The staff is always kind and helpful.
Never have I had such a lack of care for one of my packages, let alone an expensive package that specifically said fragile until today. My package was set on my front step, not by my door or under my carport by my back door. Doorbell was not rang and my package was so soaked that it was falling apart. Please take better care of people's packages.
I have used this facility on and off for decades. The staff has always been cheerful and eager to help. Do I have to wait in line sometimes? Sure I do, but you wait in line almost everywhere you go these days. The level of customer service that I receive far outshines any wait time! I never worry if my package/mail has been processed correctly. Thank you for always making my visit enjoyable!
I use to enjoy going there, but they now have a lady at the counter who is always loud, rude and wants customers to do her job. I now use UPS and won’t be going back.
