everytime I go in This post office I receive good quick service when possible, they know what they are doing. The building is beautiful from the outside the interior is a little sad, but that isn't their fault.
The PO in Carbondale Ks. 66414 is my problem. Today 5-8 20 walked in NO FACE MASKS, NO GLOVES. I complained loudly to him. He laughed at me. I felt horrible. Laughed at me. He may not like masks, but he's serves the Public and thats at least they can do for our protection, (the consumer) I will not go back there. He was not 6 feet from me either. Now I have to go into quarantine for 2 weeks because of him. How dare he be so selfish and inconsiderate to put a customer in danger. HE DIDNT CARE ABOUT ME AT ALL. LAUGHED AT ME.
Absolutely horrible customer service. The woman at the counter was on the phone, sounded like personal call, while with a customer. She was not polite to me when I arrived. Very hasty and brusque. Was not impressed at all.
Quick and friendly.
Automated system does not deliver you to an actual associate when it is inept
