Worst service ever rude old man wouldn’t work with me and basically called me stupid for making a mistake
Every time I go in there the lady is super rude and never wants to help me out when I try to pick something up. She doesn't ever look and tells me to just wait til the next day or always makes a sarcastic comment
I just moved in nearby and they handle all of my deliveries. They have delivered 5/6 of my recent packages to the wrong apartment mailbox or doorstep. They are incompetent.
It appears that the first-class package delivery service is getting worse than ever. Not only is it getting slower but also it tends to lose more packages. I think the management should take a closer look at the first-class package pickup and delivery procedures.
Called about missing mail and would not even be heard out!! Was told if they had it, it was delivered. The mail carrier would never hold a delivery. Yes, because mail never goes missing. Extremely rude and not helpful at all. What great customer service. Hope it wasn't anything to important!!
