I live outside of town, but the Auburn Post Office is responsible for my mail. My mail carrier is unreliable, and lazy. I have two letters that I need to be mailed and have been sitting in my mailbox for more than two business days with the flag up. Today my packages were stuffed in the mailbox and crumpled the two letters that were waiting to be picked up. I wish I had a choice for my mail delivery!
The gals that work there always help me choosing how and what to do with my shipping needs. Small town care. I love it.
Very helpful staff, with that classic small town cheer.
We use machine now by the way. You need to package it correctly, usually these problems are caused by the customer not packaging things correctly.
