The people inside are always so nice, but I very much dislike that the courier never delivers the package unless it fits in the mailbox. So i always have to take it out of my time to drive there after work. I'd understand if it was a more recent thing due to covid, but at no point have they done it before the pandemic. Making the whole point of easy shipping online pointless.
I ordered a package and not only did they only deliver it once, I was never sent a second notice and they sent my package back. The absolute worst carrier in Wichita. If I could do zero stars I would.
The mail courier is one is the rudest one I have seen.. I work an 8-6 job across town and it is a 20 min drive. They refused to leave any packages at my doorstep or in my mail box. When I leave a note I get a nasty response on the note back. I asked this post office why I am not allowed to receive my packages and they said they don’t know. So now I have to take extra lunch time and loose pay come get my packages at the post office across town and wait in an hour line because it is the lunch rush. I’ve tried to have my husband pick it up and they refuse to give it to him even though he verified everything. The only reason I have two star was because I happen to snag somebody coming out of the office and they helped me reluctantly. So in the end I now have to wait expressively long times to get my stuff that should be a two day process.
Do not like how they can't drop packages at my door. They make me go pick the item up from the usps store the next day if it doesn't fit in the mailbox. Annoying to say the least, especially if you really need the item and aren't in your front yard when they arrive. Other than that, they're okay
I’ve been going to this Post Office twice a day for five years for business mailing. I know everyone there and they all are true professionals with a very hard job dealing with the public. Like all people, they have difficult moments and deserve a break every now and then. Go Munger!
