Service is as good as Cox .. agents do okay but you will never speak to one. Automated person is soo slow too. Didn’t even find out what happened to my package it’s been 2 weeks.
Normally, I never have any issues with the representatives that help, but today was different. I have not been able to receive mail for over a year now to my apartment due to a former neighbor who had a dog. We were never provided with options until 7 months after noticing mail was not ever going to be delivered again. Today I came to check on the status of a package which I was informed was at my local post office and available for pick up. I was originally being serviced by someone else, who went to check on the status of my package when I could hear them talking so loudly indicating that I need to stop having items delivered to my physical address. Then someone new by the name of Cindy came up and tells me the package is not there. She was very rude and anytime that I spoke she kept cutting me off! This is unacceptable. Of course I can’t control what preference vendors determine they will ship any items whether that be USPS or UPS. It would be nice if you could provide me with an additional option on how to make sure I get my package and provide a better customer service, esp coming from someone who barely knows how to do their job!
Good luck leaving that place in less than half an hour, waited for 20 minutes and 10 people in line with one person in the front desk.
WORST USPS STATION EVER! There is a staff that’s SO RUDE. If you need to send some package, do choose other stations instead of this one!
Always pleasant to go to with a problem. Sometimes can't answer my questions but very courteous.
