I received great service from Lori this afternoon. She helped me find a package for my. Haines that the vendor had sent back to me! It was a mess and she really helped me. She also saved me tons of time. I really appreciate all her hard work.
Had a package from Amazon that was supposed to be delivered today by 9pm. The package, according to tracking info, had arrived to the facility at 12:22pm today. Never delivered. Called Amazon. Derby Post Office pushed the delivery off til Wednesday. They had 7.5 hours to deliver today, and now pushing off til Wednesday? Completely pathetic service! If they don't want to deliver the packages, they shouldn't have a contract with Amazon... But they sure as hell want that extra money! Never a problem with United Parcel Service... They always deliver on time. Derby Post Office needs to turn it over to UPS or a company who can deliver on time!
I’m not sure what everyone is complaining about. Employees there are always friendly and willing to help. I’m there several times a week sending stuff and everyone has been more than willing to help. Yes, it can be busy, but people often forget about what goes on behind the scenes. If you want to avoid the lines, create your own shipping label online and use Priority Shipping boxes so you don’t spend extra on the box.
Had to send certified mail with receipt and Marcus was pleasant and helpful in sending my letter.
I had a package that was missing and Becky was so nice and helpful. She and her team found it and delivered to me! Great customer service, thank you!
