We went to go get our mail. We witnessed the lady up front yell at a kid (maybe 10 years old). Absolutely terrible manners from a government employee.
WONDER STAFF MOST PERSONABLE AND ALLWAYS HAPPPY 2 SERVE YOUR NEEDS LOVE NEW POST BOXES
P.O. Box combination doesn’t work. They didn’t want to fix it so when I would go up or call they would catch an attitude with me. Ken was rude to my wife so it seems they have a problem doing their job.
Horrible customer service. They literally hold on to my packages and never put them in my box. I work a real full-time job so hardly can ever get to their counter and that's why I asked them to just put it in the box but they never do they just hold on to them
I've not had a negative experience at all. Been using them for a few months now for all my shipping needs. They even accept my service dog and not once complained (and no I don't hide him, he's a great dane after all lol) been much more pleasant than some of the other post offices I've been to.
