If you want great service, look for Quentin. He has amazing customer service skills and is a natural problem solver. He's shipped so many tennis racquets for me that's he's my go to there. I rather wait 15 extra minutes in the line so I can get to his desk. Keep up the great work and hope your supervisor reads this and appreciates the great work you do!
Always misplace my mail. Sick of it. I don’t understand how the truck or the person delivering the mail can be so care less..
I sent an item and payed extra for it to be sent In two days and it’s been 5 days and my item hasn’t even been shipped out of Kansas. When I asked for a refund for the fee I payed for of 2 day shipping; the manger would not provide a refund for the extra fee. Moreover, he wouldn’t check tracking and explain to me why the item hasn’t been shipped out of Kansas.nnIf you are sending a shipment, don’t waste your money and time on this post office.
I have had to send many overseas packages over the past 3 years to my guy who deploys and I come here every single time. The same couple of sweet ladies help me each time and they are so nice and more than helpful, friendly and patient with the process. It’s so great to have such an awesome post office experience.. even when the line is out the door they are friendly and patient. I am so grateful.
They keep getting my packages to the wrong mailbox! 3 packages within 3 months has been delivered to the wrong mailbox!
