The only post office I’ve ever visited that doesn’t have a full line of postage products. I needed some 15c stamps and was told the only stamps they sell are Forever stamps. 15c stamps are for the second ounce.
Hours of operation absolutely ridiculous, and delivery driver/drivers on many occasions has delivered church mail to resident all over the neighborhood.
This location should just be closed. I am not positive if all USPS locations are ran independently, but whatever the case, this location is very poorly ran! Although located in the center of the black community and conveniently accessible, this location is always closed! They apparently have made their own hours that are suitable for them, with no regards to the public. Only open about two hours a day, the employees here seem to have more important things to do as opposed to working. It is disappointing and shameful that the manager of this location chooses to hold onto their slave mentality and associate work with slavery! Get it together black people and run what your in charge of like you care about your community!!!
Giving this place a one star is more than they deserve. Their carriers can’t do their job and pay attention to what is on the mailboxes. I keep returning mail and everybody else’s mail keeps coming to my house. So have your employees pay attention to what is actually on the mailbox of the residence before sticking somebody else’s mail in their stuff.
I hate usps, the stupid delivery person gave my pkg to the wrong house, its hard to reach a real person when you call customer service
