I applied for my passport last month online. I went to union station’s post office it's absolutely stunning inside. The postal workers were fast and courteous. I made my appointment early in the morning and I was in and out. My experience with this post office was amazing.
This has to be the most incompetent group of USPS workers in America. As if being ungodly slow & completely clueless at their job weren’t enough, they are also the most rude & unwelcoming customer service workers I’ve ever countered in any industry. Tip: don’t act like it’s the most inconvenient thing of all time when a customer comes to your business to buy your product and/or service. The manager should be replaced & the workers here should be re-trained. This isn’t a one time experience, unfortunately i make multiple trips per month to this location.
My package was sent here incorrectly scanned that it was sent to wrong location. Told to go to the Truman location cause that's were miss-shipped items get sent for redistribution (package still says it's here in tracking info). Go to Truman location was told it either was never there or is at the Hodge location to be sent out for delivery the next day. Go to Hodge location they took 15-20 min to look for it but was not there. Go back to the union station location tell them no one has it, and could they physical look for it. Was told that I need to call the seller and tell them it was lost by USPS. Ask again to please look for it, they walk 5 feet into the other room look for 5 seconds and say we don't have it. Couldn't take 5 minutes to actually look for it, package took a moth to get here and they give up on finding it after 5 min.
I missed my very important documents and I am still finding them
Dropped off my mail in ballot at this location today at 6:30am hope the short petite male worker turns it in correctly.....left feeling uneasy
