Don't answer their phone, even the other local USPS stores said calling them is pointless
This is an organization that needs to be put out of its misery.
Longest wait ever! My very large box seems to have gone mysteriously missing but don't bother calling because apparently they don't answer the phone. The box was insured but since it has been days and never shows that they received it, even though I dropped it off in person, guess I'm screwed. Make sure you get a receipt with proof of acceptance!

Literally every time I have anything to do with the post office the rest of my day is trashed because I either get yelled at over the phone or the workers just don't care. It has been this way in waldo as well. the only post office that is even slightly nice is the one in brook side. I'd suggest using UPS if you want to mail anything ever.
