If it was possible to give negative stars, this establishment would get negative 5 stars. Terrible customer service!! The lady at the front was mocking customers, extremely rude, and given that I had an infant in a carrier that was crying (it was difficult to hear) she could have been polite in rejecting my package. I needed a piece of tape to close the box and instead of explaining that she didn't have clear packing tape, she just shouted that she i needed to buy tape and kept talking over me. I get that these are hard times but people should still be courteous.
Delightful little lady helped me and got 10 people ahead of me taken care of within 15min time. No complaints with this location.
Package has been lost for 2 weeks. Has been shipped to the wrong facility. An employee told me the package would be at this location no later than Monday. Called asking for a refund for Priority Shipping since it was expected to be delivered weeks ago. Was told that could not be done. Extremely frustrated because this package is a necessity and needed it weeks ago. Got no answers about where my package was or why it was delivered to the wrong warehouse.
Tom it is better to stay home and try to lock the door very good :-)
If you wanna have a good day after visiting the post office in lenexa!!! Try to notttttt deal with someone called Tom...
