Last month in November I did not receive two of my billing statements. One was my life insurance and the other was from AT&T. A few days ago AT&T asked me to update my address because they received my billing statement back as having a non deliverable address. I have received their bill by mail several months prior. There's nothing wrong with the address that they have. And as you know they are computer generated identically every month. I have not heard from my life insurance company.
I was being watched by an older gentleman there. Quite handsome. I was flattered at the attention, but then I remembered the last time I went on a date with a guy I met at a post office. He insisted on showing me pictures of his 9 cats. Never again.
This is the worst post office ever. No one is ever working, the line is usually out the door, and the package drop box is usually so full you can't even put anything in.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have literally called them 30 times and when I finally reached thru the call dropped. I called back immediately only to be greeted with a busy line tone. FIX YOUR PHONES.
