Had an issue with a package and the lady at the register was very rude and had an attitude. They need to either train their employees in customer service or hire new ones. I will definitely be not returning to this location and would rather take my business elsewhere such as the UPS.
Waited for 20 minutes and the system was STILL down. Can't call them. Very frustrated because I needed overnight delivery. Terrible

The friendliest Post Office in Johnson County! Consistently excellent. Counter staff are always helpful, trying their best to meet your needs, at the lowest price, for whatever it is that you are mailing. Usually short lines, if at all. When there are a few other customers in front of you, the queue seems to move quickly.nnIf, for some unusual reason, it takes more than a minute or two to be served, then take advantage of the opportunity to chat with another fellow Shawnee resident. Rare to find anyone who isn't delighted to exchange a few friendly words.
