Currently, our package is sitting in this facility. Not sure how or why since it was to be delivered in Wichita 2 weeks ago. Cst Service said their isn't anything they can do about it. Not sure when my daughter's present will finally arrive..HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY, I GUESS?!?!

I visited this post office today to mail a hat box to a friend. The man that works there was very rude. I didn't have my box taped up and he said if I'm not sending it priority mail that he wouldn't tape it up. I said ok no problem can I have a piece of tape he stated it's not the post offices job to provide tape. I go downtown the ladies are very nice never experienced this type of unprofessionalism. This guy should not and I repeat should not be able to treat anyone in this manner.

My package has been here for 2 weeks not moving!!! and it says still processing on usps.com the employees should go home or find a different job .. no one to ask for help and no one to check on them ?!

Update. its now the 21st and it finally made it out for deliverynnpackage got there the 13th of this month and has sat saying in trainsit since the 14th
