This post office refuses to deliver packages to my apartment. They can deliver a note telling me to drive all the way down there to pick them up. They delivered packages previously without any issues. The lady at the facility said they are not required to scan and deliver them to apartments as of a couple of weeks ago. I have no idea why but its frustrating. I've had food spoil in packages that are sitting in this facility that should have been delivered to my address promptly.
I had a package get delivered to the wrong address so I completed a missing item help form. Less than 1 hour later the mail carrier came to my door, inquired about the mix up and tracked down the package. Wow! This was great service.
I did not check mail for few days and it was all delivered back to senders without any note and mail not delivered despite call to the post office. Very disappointing and suboptimal
My mailbox key to my business stopped working, so postman said to stop by here to have the lock fixed. Was told to fill out this card to have your mail held for 2 weeks, in the mean time you can stop every few days to pick up your mail. On the card was a place for a phone number, so I asked, so you’ll call when the lock is fixed. Answer: oh no, we never do that, every time you pick up your mail just ask if it’s done yet...how convenient!nGood to know our tax dollars are out to good use!
They don't do regular stuff here, but there's nothing to indicate that.
