Always friendly, for over 40 years they have unfailingly been nice people. I have never had one package late or mis-delivered. Thanks. Most complaints I have seen here have to do with carriers. People at the windows are just nice.

We had two packages sent to my daughter (one from us and one from aunt) and it literally took three weeks for her to get after we filed a complaint. Unreal!
Have done a change of address multiple times but still refuse to deliver mail to my apartment. When I try to come pick it up from the postal service office, they tell me they have none of my packages and nothing for me. Even if they actually do. They just don’t want to go look for them. I have to call Brandy the manager to obtain any of my packages every time time now.
Been going here for 5 years and there has been some major turn around. Very pleasant postal clerks doing the best they can. And as fast as they can.nnWhatever happened, thank you.
