Fast, friendly, felt safe .. love my post office.
I was able to get right in and out, with cust serv added in. Good experience!
I drop packages at this post office and have had a PO Box here for a few years. I feel motivated to leave this review after a particularly wonderful customer service experience with John.nnA package was returned to my PO Box for a second time due to issues at the recipient’s post office in CA. I called the Waldo post office while I was out of town, and John was able to locate and reroute the package for me. He was understanding, accommodating, and followed up with me via phone multiple times as we communicated about the package over a few days’ time. The recipient of the package even told me “you must have the most amazing post office!”nnTHANK YOU to John & the Waldo post office for treating customers well and being great at your job!
Every time I come here, the staff is nothing but helpful - busy times or slow times. I ship a lot of international packages and the staff is always knowledgeable and help me find the best price for my situation. I so appreciate their patience and promptness. I nearly always forget one small detail on the international shipments - forms, addresses set up in a certain way, postal codes for across the pond, etc - and they always let me know exactly what needs to be fixed/added the first time through. The most pleasant US Post Office experience you could hope for.
Always friendly and helpful. When it's busy it can be easier to park on the street than to try grabbing a spot in the small parking lot, but otherwise my experiences have all been positive.
