First of all, very polite and friendly employees. Very organized. In and out in 30 minutes.
Packages always seem to spend an unreasonable amount of time at this facility, but I will give them credit that they eventually make it through although always arriving a day or 2 late, hence the 3 stars.
Had a couple trips to and from this facility. People are nice. Everything works good. Fast
They've lost two of my packages now and when I call to figure it out not only do they not pick up, their mailbox is full so I can't even leave a message. Total incompetence.
Worked with USPO with the RPO guys back in the 60s in Cleveland Ohio...did things old fashioned way...by hand
