I went to this post office location today to mail some packages and buy stamps. Victoria who was working at the counter was incredibly kind and helpful. She was very patient while explaining and helping me choose more cost effective shipping. The post office provided the materials for me to repack items so I could send them at a better price. Victoria apologized to me for having to repack though I didn't mind at all. I left the post office feeling very satisfied with the excellent customer service.
This place deserves zero stars. I feel like they are stealing my mail because it never shows up in my mailbox for weeks and when I call them, they have no idea what is going on. I’m frustrated and wish I could relocate to a different usps. I don’t trust a single person who works here.nWow Terrible - Live in a part of WDM that for some reason has a different carrier like every single day. One of those carriers decided to mark my place as unable to deliver because he couldn't get any mail into my tiny 5x5 box. I was gone for 3 days. Now we haven't gotten any mail over almost 10 days and they say that all of our packages and mail has been returned to sender....
Went in to ship a package. Super seamless was out of there in 5 mins!
Just received letters stating DO NOT BEND. Must have trouble reading since they were almost folded in half to get them crammed inside the box. Not my first negative experience with this branch and I'm sure not the last.
We consistently have packages that are delivered late or not delivered at all. Recently the mailman unilaterally decided to stop delivering mail to my business even though we were still open. It has been more than two weeks since we got mail even though I left him a note informing him that we were still open and he said he would bring it 3 days ago. I have important time sensitive information in that mail and now I am at the mercy of whether or not he feels like bringing it out to me. United States postal service is absolutely worthless and needs to be defunded.
