One of the worst post office in 50 states.......!!!nI tried to track my package online and that was a total joke. My next step was to contact the USPS tracking system by phone. I was on the line waiting for the Coustomer service for 5 hours and 15 minutes...!!! Well.... I gave up because I was on hold so long that my ear began to hurt.
This customer service website for the USPS is worthless. It contains a generic message that provides no useful information. The main post office servicing my ZIP code refuses to take my call or allow me to leave a message.
Called multiple times past few work days, every time you call get send to voice mail, customer service is trash(all automated and can’t actually get to someone about your issue) said my item was suppose to arrive last week Monday(7 days ago) worst company to ship with. Had no choice sadly to pick another provider, horrible service, and help!
Item been there since march 13. Called and asked and said i need to send in a lost item. So i did, they wanted to what what package looked like.... for real??? Im not the sender!! To this day nothing. What a joke!!
The staff at the main post office are courteous, often friendly, and as efficient as possible. It is impressive how they, as a team, work together to manage high traffic of customers. I have been there when credit card machines weren't working and they always seemed to have a system in place to run as smoothly as possible, serving customers quickly and keeping everyone satisfied. I think they deserve much more credit than we give them!!
