This place deserves zero stars. I feel like they are stealing my mail because it never shows up in my mailbox for weeks and when I call them, they have no idea what is going on. I’m frustrated and wish I could relocate to a different usps. I don’t trust a single person who works here.nWow Terrible - Live in a part of WDM that for some reason has a different carrier like every single day. One of those carriers decided to mark my place as unable to deliver because he couldn't get any mail into my tiny 5x5 box. I was gone for 3 days. Now we haven't gotten any mail over almost 10 days and they say that all of our packages and mail has been returned to sender....
I forgot my wallet around closing time and offered to come back tomorrow. The lady working told me not to worry about paying this time and to pass the blessing. USPS does not get much support from from the government, especially during COVID-19. As a result of this kindness, I purchased stamps on my phone for $12.30, more than double for what I should have paid for shipping. Thank you.
I agree that the postal service is disagreeable in their manners. At 1st the sign in front displayed Closed., I knew they were open but don’t seem to care. I walked in turned the sign and waited for a mean mannered looking lady. I luv stamps (my collection) is amazing. She had absolutely no interest and was rude to others as well. I had previously written a review due to a negative experience at this post office but given the current situation, I take it all back. The USPS provides a vital service; we need it now more than ever. Thank you for your hard work and ensuring our mail is delivered through rain, snow, heat, gloom of night, pandemic, etc.
They ACTUALLY returned my letter using the SENDER’s address as the DELIVERY address....nF-
