When I have deliveries the carrier jams the package in the box along with the letters.nShe always leaves the lid extended with everything exposed.nAlso when checking delivery status it shows deliver but shows up days later.nVery bad experiences with this usps location. Much rather have FedEx or UPS deliver my packages
The people at the actual branch are fine. The carriers on the other hand NEVER knock. My husband doesn't work, and is near the feont door. If I know a package is coming, putting a note on the door to actually knock helps, but I shouldn't have to do that.
2nd package within a yr claim to be delivered & it wasn't in my mailbox or in front of my door. Mail carriers are very irresponsible & careless when it comes to people packages.
the number on the website is a grocery store, they said they delivered my package, i was waiting at the front door for house only to find out that they never delivered it to me but said it was put in my mailbox. how unprofessional of a government job.
If I could give this zero stars I would. This is the worst post office in America. Seriously the worst. They refused to give me my mail so I could avoid it being left on my doorstep. Due to them being high dollar items and told me I will just have to wait until the next day if I wanted to pick them up there. Absolutely unprofessional
