3 times in the last month my package has been delivered to the wrong house. Luckily I live in a good neighborhood and People drop it off or notify me. I have never had any issues with ups. I did give the usps 2 stars because sometimes they are able to match the numbers on my package to the numbers on my house.ud83dudc4f

Package arrived to the Bondurant Office, and we didn't receive a single note saying we had a package or that it would only be held for a certain number of days.nWhen we realized we hadn't checked on the tracking for sometime, it was already being sent back to the sender. Of course USPS, can't do anything about it.nShame on the staff at this facility for not doing their jobs and informing their customers that they need to go to the office to pick up their packages.

I’m not sure how their star rating is this good. If you like getting your mail whenever the carriers feel like delivering then you won’t have a problem, but if you get mail that’s consistently time sensitive you might as well pull your hair out now. Mail is consistently delivered to the wrong house, not delivered, or shows up days late.

We lose mail, it gets sent to other houses it's pathetic

Limited hours. Impossible to get in if you work. Only open for one hour on Saturday morning. Mail carriers dressed in plain clothes/exercise gear are not easily identifiable as carriers and do not wait at the door for elderly and disabled people to make it before they leave.nnUpdate: My disabled mother waited up all day after getting out of the hospital for her parcel to be delivered on a re delivery promise. Post office official never arrived with parcel. They put a notice in the postal station mail box instead saying they missed us, when in reality, they never attempted to deliver the parcel at all.
