Worst experience EVER!!! NEVER will I go through them again. Waist of my money to think I would get my product early and on time. Don’t waist your time with them!!
Once again my package has been sitting here for 2 weeks and no one can tell me where it’s at, other than “well I did see it scan in”. I Was Told to file a claim. Which will be like the third one. This is The only post office is the U.S that I have problems with. It’s like every single time it’s either over a week late or never comes. Highly mad just because the the value of my package is worth way more than the insurance. Over it.
Mark the supervisor is one of the rudest people I’ve EVER come in contact with. He needs to be fired. One of their carriers stole my very expensive item that I ordered from amazon. I will be filing a police report and holding Mark responsible since he wants to hang up in people’s faces.
If I could leave no stars, I would. I usually will pay the extra cost to avoid using the usps for reasons such as this...nI had a delivery coming in this last Saturday and it never came and upon checking the tracking number, I find a “delivery attempted” message and it said to look for a notice. Of course there is no notice. I live in townhomes and we have large lock boxes for whatever can’t fit in the mailbox (this particular package happened to be the size of toothbrushes so I don’t see why they couldn’t fit in the mailbox anyway). On top of that, my husband and I were home all day long so I know no one came to the door. I can understand if some unforeseen complications had happened but we have received mail since so they haven’t tried to re-deliver the package that is now just sitting at the post office.nThis is just the latest in a long list of incompetencies.
Currently waiting on my priority shipping to reach it's customer. After it reaches Des Moines, suddenly no further contact. Should I exclude that entire section of the country from my shipping business? This is not professional and never acceptable.
