The people at the Post Office in Plattsmouth are wonderful. Service is fast and friendly.nnUnfortunately, new and/or substitute carriers seem to lack basic literacy skills.nnMore than one package has either not arrived at my home when expected (based upon tracking information) OR has been left in a precarious position atop my mailbox without regard for the contents. I love our regular carrier and the customer service people at the counter. They're all wonderful! But when they're not on the job, anything that can go wrong, does as newbies and subs try to rush their way through the day.

It takes awhile for the people to come with our mail and they always try their best work
Still haven't fixed my box and it's been over 2 weeks since I brought the issue to their attention. Now won't have it fixed for 6 more days. So almost 3 weeks total. And I was told my mail would be on hold and I could pick it up today so I show up 1hr before they close and ...you guessed it...my mail isn't there. Several phone calls and 4 wasted trips to the post office later...still NO MAIL!
