Curt, but quick and efficient. Can't complain too much.
-5 Stars. Absolutely awful place. They lost 50+ of my packages they never even scanned them. Now I have to make them scan my packages in front of my face and give me a recipet. Some of my packages still do not show up at their destinations. They treat me like *&^$ one woman just gave me the most awful nasty look while I handed her a few sheets to be scanned. I told her that at the end of the day she is going to get paid but my paycheck depends on if they can do their jobs and get my items to my customers. I can't run my business when I have to trust these people that are so nasty to me and untrustworthy in handling my packages. Seriously USPS Marshalltown what did I ever do or say to you to deserve this treatment? It's so disgraceful. If you hate your job, quit.
