I'm not sure why this has such mediocre reviews.. I had a pleasant experience here. I had to return something back to China with a crazy return address. The lady behind the counter was polite and courteous. She helped me make sure the package went to the correct place. I was in and out of the Post Office within 10 minutes. Thank you!
I have used the Post Office in North Liberty, IA, for the last 25 years and have never had anything except professional, friendly, and accommodating service. I would be extremely sad to ever see it close.
Delinda was excellent when she helped me get the correct address for a birthday package heading to MN. Because of your extra efforts . . . we got it right! Thank you so much Delinda for taking time at the end of the day during the COVID outbreak when things are already out of the norm. Nicely done and thank again!
Everytime I go in the staff has been so helpful! They're courteous and patient.
Just put the mail in the giant box or on the doorstep. Really not that complicated. Keep your orange tag. Get out of the truck. I dont need to hold your hand.
