I pay for a post office box to secure my packages from theft. The employees at this location are very slow and not focused on customer service at all. You can typically expect a line of impatient customers waiting to pay for their services. Well, we have been ordering items for the holidays and 2 out of 3 packages are not being sorted, organized, or delivered. THIS LOCATION IS RETURNING YOUR MAIL AND PACKAGES BACK TO THE ORIGINAL SENDER. I have had to initiate multiple refunds because they are lost or returned. They don't want to do the work it requires to sort customers' packages so they are choosing not to accept them. Something is going on here and it is unacceptable! We pay for the services, pay for shipping, pay for the post office boxes, pay taxes, which ultimately pays that federal employee salary. You don't get to pick and choose how you want to work. You repeatedly fail to meet the very basic minimum standards. I recommend anyone needing postal services to take the short drive to Tiffin, North Liberty, or Iowa City before they consider going here. There's no hustle, no ambition, no customer service. Many in the area are left dissatisfied with this location. Their Google reviews truly reflect their level of competence here. Shame on you lazy employees and supervisors who have no concern for daily operations. 0/10 would not reccomend.
We don’t have any problem with the package itself but the delivery. Many times we’ve received a note rather than my item from USPS saying that they couldn’t deliver our package because their drivers are too lazy to deliver my stuff. I pay to have my packages delivered to my front door but these slow workers have not done their jobs and need to be REMOVED OR FIRED.
Multiple times in recent months my package (s) have gone missing. Even though tracking indicates they've been left, none were found. I rely heavily on the delivery of my meds from the VA, and them not showing up is totally unacceptable.
To the woman working behind the counter at 2:00 today, Wednesday September 23rd. I called corporate to double check, turns out I don’t have to wait in line to drop off my pre-paid package. (I knew that already, but you made it clear you did not. I don’t pre-pay to stand in that dreadful post office line. Potentially exposing myself to others in a closed space).nI recommend having the second person in the room stand away from the door so we can all safely maintain our 6ft. I look forward to seeing you for my bi-weekly pre-paid package drops!
Absolutely horrible experience. I have a package that they had for multiple days and have still not delivered it for some reason. I went in to see if I could just pick it up and the employee wouldn’t even check for me. He refused to help me at all. He was extremely rude to me, and pretty much told me to go F myself. I am in absolute shock of what just happened.
