Found everyone very delightful and caring. Nice to have extended hours for people who work.
Rude staff. Close early just to avoid customers. And even when the 24/7 dropbox is supposed to be available it will be locked during all different hours leaving customers with no where to drop off packages. Its the worst managed and a dispicable excuse for a USPS location. Not to mention they won’t load tracking information for up to 24+ hours as they “don’t upload to the system more than once a day and thats a minimum” as I was informed why my packages wouldn’t show tracking info and my business depends on reliable shipping. Worst location ever.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I would give it negative stars if that were possible. I drive across town to the west fargo post office as often as possible just to avoid coming here, but sometimes it’s unavoidable. Today I called the post office starting at 7:45 and continued to call without stopping until I arrive at the post office only to hear their phone ringing (from my call) and no one answering it with an empty lobby. When I asked the lady’s t the counter if they accepted calls from the public she said “it’s the supervisors job to answer the phone and he doesn’t do a very good job” ud83dude12 seriously? She went on to hand me my package and was very adamant that she did not want to address my complaint about the unanswered phone call. This is only one example of their poor service. It’s hard to believe that there is such a drastic difference between here and West Fargo. I give 10 stars to the west fargo Post and would recommend everyone to take their business there.
