The people inside the office are nice but whoever delivers the mail to my place is awful. Always puts mail in the wrong boxes, stuff gets ruined and the best one is that i got a package that says refridgerate upon arrivial and they put it in the mailbox instead of bringing it to my home and now my refridgerated stuff is spoiled. Thank you for terrible service!!!
Been in town about a year now and this post office is absolutely wonderful. The people who work there are so helpful and kind. Can’t say enough positive remarks about their service!
Consistent issues delivering packages.
Just called Ashford Post office directly to verify a mail forward that I completed online. I had a few questions about the process and Lisa, a most wonderful postal worker, helped me. She answered my questions and then, without me asking, went and verified that the mail forward had gone through properly. Lisa was cheerful, reassuring, helpful and kind. This little post office has serviced my family for over 30 years--countless care packages, letters and various shipments sent throughout the years. Always a joy to work with such dedicated helpers.
