You have a 70/30 shot at getting a helpful, efficient employee to help you at the Tolland Post office. My carrier is excellent.
They are friendly, efficient, and very helpful. They always check to see which is the best way to mail something. I have a PO box and I dropped my keys. One of the employees found them and called me right away..

I think everyone at the USPS are all smart and all loyal.
Many different days with no delivery or pick up for no reason. In consistent and unreliable. I would give 0 stars if possible.
