The 2 stars are for the ladies who work the front desk area. They are always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately that can’t be said for the rest of the staff. The postmaster here is rude and condescending when you call to inquire about a package. He will even insist nothing is wrong with your package even if you are holding a damaged package in your hands. I also have issues with mail not being delivered. When I called to voice my concerns I was told to call back when I know my mail didn’t arrive. I know my bills come once a month, but I don’t know exactly when they are mailed... so how am I supposed to know that it didn’t arrive??
I’ve never gotten a package delivered to my house. Every single time they deliver it somewhere else, even miles away
The woman I called I thought she understood my question because she listened to the first 30 seconds of it and answered that would not listen to the rest of my question and was incredibly rude and my package is currently four days late no end in sight
Friendly staff. Easy in and out
Can be rather busy but they often go out of their way to help!
