We have not received mail in two weeks, try calling the Post Office, have gone to the Somers Post Office and they know nothing. Was supposed to be on hold til the 16th, but when trying to pickup mail on the 13th was told it went to Hartford, since I dropped off the new address card. I know for a fact that mail has been sent to new address and we have not even received that mail. This is now causing issues. Who can we call???? Quiet a alot of people are having issues with their mail
How do you track a package when you can’t read the tracking number on the receipt? The postal worker didn’t even look to make sure the number was legible! I give this employee a -10 when it comes to job preferences, and she wasn’t pleasant either. Doing all my postal business at the Somersville post office from now on.

Apparently they now have a combative postal worker who likes to threaten patrons!! Wow is this what the government shut down has done for the USPS worker'sn.
