Package sitting at the Hebron post office for 5 days. Called 7 times throughout the day no answer. Went down there and the employee checked in the back for 1 minute after not asking for any information as if it’s going to jump out at him. Tomorrow is a new day and hopefully I can get a different employee.
Multiple poor experiences here. These people are among the laziest and rudest people I’ve ever come across. The level of customer service is so poor. They just don’t care at all. Marlborough post office is so much better. Why can one do it so well and another be so terrible?
So apparently USPS here feels its not necessary to deliver your packages if they don't feel like it that day. We dont even have a long driveway.
This place needs a Zero Star category. Our mail carrier takes incompetence to a whole new level. The people there are rude when they talk on the phone and the person in charge ignores all the constant flow of complaints. Seriously, shut this place down and I'll get my mail quicker!
Showed up at 1245, and was told they were closed for lunch. Their hours say they close at 1.
