Not once, but 4 times this post office has failed to deliver packages. When talking to the post master, all she can say is “well it shows on our end it was delivered” well no genius, it wasn’t. Maybe the first time I could see something went wrong but this is the 4th package that has been a no show. This one in particular was a gift for my daughters birthday. When I use FedEx/UPS it is not an issue. This post office is either stealing my packages or delivering them to a completely different address. Stay away will never use them again BEWARE
The Northford P.O. is my umbilical cord to the world. I have been mailing books through this office since 1967. In fact, I've had a post office box longer than any other customer. This is the 50th year, so I want to give thanks to all of the wonderful postal clerks that have served me so efficiently and with a big smile for so long.
On a regular basis we do not get our weekly sports newspaper delivered, or it is weeks late. We also were getting other peoples mail on a regular basis, that seems to be better.
There is never line when I go there and the staff are friendly.
