Worst post office in the country hands down! Please be aware and complain to consumer affairs this facility needs to be close for usps employee theft. Three times I sent a package via priority and express and three times apparently never departs the facility, evident by the scan tracking information. I attempted to look for assistance tracking my items and absolutely incompetent employees. Even the Manager or Supervisor. I do not know what in the earth is going on at that facility, I believe there running a sketchy business and I will get to the bottom of it! However, using this post office never again! And by the way my items were valued more than 500.00, go figure...
Easy passport services here but the line does tend to get long around lunch time. Be prepared to wait if you go at that time.
Workers are upset about helping the customer. Don't like your job QUIT.
I had An issue where I lost my tracking number/receipt. Although this is not their fault but it is incredibly frustrating that the systems cannot simply type your name and address to see your account or history of your transaction with th PO. So it took a long time to get to a point where we’ve filtered everything so they can look and find my tracking number. Javis(excuse spelling) he was incredible patient and worked with me to get my tracking number. I appreciate that. Thanks.
This is by far the worst post office I’ve ever been to. I only visit it bc it’s close to my house. There is always a line out the door, with one staff member at the desk and several others in the back. The staff is incredibly rude, without fail, regardless of which staff member it is. Today, for instance, the customer in front of me got her money thrown back at her. I then got yelled at by the staff for asking for tape, which is something I had previously made sure I could use with other staff members. She then threw some weak scotch tape at me, instead of the shipping tape I’m used to using. She then helped the person behind me when all I had to do was tape something down, after waiting in line for a while. During all of this, she continued to yell at me. The other people in line were shaking their head at her. It’s so unfortunate, this post office is in prime location, but I no longer want to go there bc I leave in a terrible moods every single time. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere.
