Although the person was not right at the desk, there was a bell and they came right out when I rung the bell. They also had a wide variety of the stamps that were offered in 2019 for sale. I was able to get firefighter stamps, landing on the moon stamps, and the transcontinental railroad stamps. The employee was very helpful, and had a wonderful smile on their face and knew the rest of the people in the office that were customers.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. The woman was insanely rude to the woman in front of me (elderly lady who asked for her tracking number and the woman literally threw her package at her and told her to write it down herself). And then was super rude to me. Zero customer service skills. The woman in front of me told me in the parking lot that the employee is always nasty, and the only thing good about this post office is the parking. I would agree.
Couldn't agree more. On more than one occasion I've witnessed unbelievably rude behavior behind the counter and would like to find the correct channel to lodge a formal complaint.
Awful customer service. Take the extra time and go to another location.
