I have received Excellent Service at this Post Office for a number of years. Excellent staff and very helpful!!!
My package was at this location for 6 days before being shipped out
HANDS DOWN THE WORST! JUST DONT!!nnNot only did they lose my international package, still in the USPS network. they wrote me off and blamed the UK, which is false, they are lazy and do not want to do their job. the post master is disgustingly rude to my mom as well as the other supervisors! this is gross misconduct and disgusting customer service, they fail at doing their basic job and blame everyone else when they do so. not only that but the rude and down right wrong comments they make to CUSTOMERS is disgusting. the POST master general should be fired along with his other supervisors for simply making the rude comments he made at my mother! claiming you deal with over 1000 packages is not an excuse as to why you lost mine. DO YOUR JOBS
Very helpful friendly employees and great service! The person who helped me also knew a lot about the different mail types available and helped me find the best option for what I was trying to send. Thank you :)
They do not print shipping labels and you have to buy their tape if you wish to tape up a box. These guys are not FedEx, be forewarned, come prepared.
