Yes there is a rude lady. BUT Joe is super helpful. Gotta take the bad with the good.
This was the most rude women I have ever known at the post office. She has no customer service skills and on top of it all she acts like Hilterud83dude00I did not have a pleasant experience at the Portland post office at all.And I will not be going there again for my business. This is a public service for the public so to be treated that way getting paid tax payer dollars how rude and Abnoxious for the public. It’s like she gets kicks off of being rude to people.Terrible this position they need to hire someone else

The phone number listed for Portland, CT USPS does not allow customers to speak with a local USPS agent! Instead it is a quagmire of automated menu options. I simply wanted to know if the local office has federal tax forms available.
