I’ve never had any issues at this post office. Staff have been friendly and courteous. I’ve witnessed professional behavior even when people brings lots of packages, ask for a lot of help and when there have been more than 4 or 5 people waiting in line. I asked and was able to speak to a supervisor regarding a policy & time was made for me. It’s close & convenient too!
Don’t understand any of the bad reviews. I drop off mail all the time and all of the staff is very professional and polite. One time a customer used the n word towards the African American female who was working and she still continued to help him with no disrespect or back and worth.
New to Newington...went to post office to mail a package and while looking for the location I read reviews... one person said the PO employees were rude and not friendly...I did not experience anything like this at all...a very knowledgeable, kind and friendly lady waited on me and was as pleasant as can be! Very positive and pleasant experience for sure!
Got here just before 5pm today. More than likely right at 5pm. They were gracious enough to let me ship my package and let me go out to my car to get the info to ship it out. The lady at the counter Carlene, (hopefully i spelled it correctly) Thank you very much for your help!!!!
This is an on going issue.someone need to do something. Always mad, angry don’t want to help and good luck calling them for a question. Don’t wast your time going there, go to Berlin or New Britain to avoid bad treatment.
