People are friendly from my experiences! I've always been able to access my PO box 24/7 at other post offices, and they keep the doors locked here at random times for whatever reason. It's an inconvenience, and not what I was told would be the case.
The people who work there have really bad attitudes and the negative reviews are here for a reason. They'll corruptly add charges to your per-paid labeled packages accusing YOU of making a size/weight/dimension mistake. Just take my advice and STAY AWAY from this one, go to the one in Manchester or Vernon.
All employees are especially helpful and kind. They make it a good experience every visit!
Sharon is awesome! We always have a nice chat while she is managing my postal things. She’s personable and funny and makes visits to the post office enjoyable. I go to the SW Clark Street office at least 3/4 times per month and always get what I need. :)
Excellent experience! Clerk was super helpful and very kind. It was a pleasure to be greeted with a smiling face. Mailed my items, purchased my stamps and had a wonderful conversation. Perfect!! Thank you Sharon, for the excellent service.
