Everytime I go to the Bishop's Corner post office there is a long line, but the staff has always been super friendly and helpful.
People t the local office are great and hard working--from mail to passports.nnBUT the phone system id AWFUL--just incompetent. The menu system is weird, and you virtually cannot get to a person. The online tracking will not take my tracking no--says it is wrong. So the phone does not give me any help. Thus, I must go into the office--what horrible FED policy in terms of service!
Our busisness located in Bishops corner has the most erratic delivery I have ever experienced.
they would not make good on defective stamps. Sorry I lost my temper. I wrote to the Inspector General of the Postal Service and send him or her the defective stamps in hopes of getting workable ones. I thought it would be a simple process like returning a defective product to the store. I bought defective stamps (enclosed). The stamps are not perforated and do not detach from the backing.nThis morning I lost my temper when the worker suggested I might have bought the stamps at Staples and asked for a receipt. I put receipts for stamps the same place I put receipts for coffee and donuts in the nearest trash can because it was beyond my imagination that I would receive defective stamps. I swore and left the Post Office and for that I will apologize when I see this worker again.nSince my attempt to have the defective stamps replaced at the local West Hartford Post Office located at Bishops Corner in West Hartford CT. failed I am writing to you and I am here by respectfully requesting you replace the enclosed defective stamps with workable ones.
The staff here are really pleasant and helpful!
