Very disorganized -- terrible office, terrible service.nnMyrna in particular is both ignorant and arrogant. She has a terrible attitude and very little education.nnInstead of recognizing her flaws, she projects them on the paying customers.nnWhen the customers complain, she's in complete denial. First she refuses to apologize, and then she even insults them with some prefab lies and racial slurs.nnWhat a shame for the postal service, as if they didn't have enough problems!
