Horrible customer service.
absolutely HORRIBLE customer service... i came here a week ago to have my mail held since i'm moving; signed the slip, and told them to keep it at this post office since my previous landlord and i do not have a good relationship. i went there again today, waited 30 mins for one of the workers to tell me they don't have it.. i looked at the email more closely, THE PACKAGE SHIPPED TO MY OLD APARTMENT. thanks a lot USPS. your negligence just lost me over $100. INSANELY disappointed.
