Terrible customer service and the hours are an absolute joke. 9-4:30 but closed for lunch/nap time 12-1? So basically if you have a full time job you'll NEVER make it to the post office. It's like a bad SNL skit in there.
Staff always horribly rude and lazy. It used to be an Asian lady now its a middle aged/older white women with brown hair and glasses. Too lazy to individually mail my Christmas post cards which is less then an average stamp. When i asked she said no and i had to buy stamps. Then screamed at me for using tape to seal 3 that were loose. I understand priory tape cant be used for regular mail. But i don't work at the post office so clear tape to me on the counter could be used. I'm sure it happens a lot however it was my first time. no need to flip out and scream about it. Happy Holidays right, never even got a smile or a hello!
Worst customer service ever, I called to report a problem and they said they didn't know who was doing the route and when I check again my tracking number wich I was expecting a medicine package, they said delivery attempt when they never attempt nothing, also they left everybody's mail in the same mail box. Meaning everybody could work there I think there's no need for test since they really have np clue of what they are doing
Every other post office opens at 8:30 a.m., except this one. 9 a.m. is not acceptable.
dont need to go here often but ive never experienced any issues. staff are polite and friendly and its never super crowded
