Excellent customer service! Lou is fantastic, very helpful.
The manager of this place is so rude. I have been here a few times and every time I go in he is standing there not helping anyone when the line is 5 people long and taking forever while his one employee tries to help everyone. Once when i was there there was a line of about 3 people and the woman at the counter was being helped for about ten minutes when a more attractive woman came into the office the manager jumped in to help her AND LET HER SKIP THE LINE OF PEOPLE WAITING. Absolutely not okay and so unprofessional.
Gerry and Insook are very helpful. I always have a good experience. I ship most of my products through the Cos Cob USPS.
Jerry/Gerry very nice to interact with. Better experience this time than in past so hoping govt type entities start realizing that they too must play by the same rules as all businesses - CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
