Very busy
Whenever we ship overnight in THIS post office, the package NEVER makes it the next day! It gets held up at Stamford distribution center! And held there. But if we send out an overnight package at any other location, we ALWAYS get it the next day. The incompetence in this main post office is flat out disgusting
Usually not the type to complain, but here’s my major complaint— I rent a PO Box here. Those who rent boxes here KNOW you pay at least $100 per year and it can get quite pricy.. However, reason to my low rating it’s because I expect my packages to be delivered once I see ‘delivered’ from my end. Whether it’s delivered via FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. Should not take 2+ days to get delivered to my PO Box. It can get VERY inconvenient and most of the time rather just deliver to my own home just because it gets delivered much quickly. Despite the fact that I would like my stuff to be shipped to my PO Box for security purposes...nnNot sure who is doing such a lousy job with sorting but I hope this issue gets fixed :( because that defeats the whole purpose of me renting a box.
Mail girl claims she delivered package to my house and lie and said she put it in the mail box and nothing was there and remind you our regular mail man comes around 10AM 1030nand claims she was here at 935 yeah right how you can claim that exact time and then took a picture of my neighbor's house and there's no package no where poor service need new mail man mail Lady or whatever ud83dude44ud83dude24ud83dude21ud83dude20nnMiddle st in Bridgeport
Can't reach anyone on the phone. Mail carriers never leaving notices but claim they made an attempt. Poor service
