I never have any problems ,, i pick up my money orders here and more ..
I been to this place over 45 times and so far it's nice environment and polite staff always help out with any problems I have
Terrible service. Sent my fiance to pick up my package with the pink slip that I filled out giving her authority to pick it up and they wouldn't let her pick it up without my ID. Even though she's been able to pick up other packages for me with the slip filled out. Train your employees
Always polite, helpful, and speedy.
Always an issue, says packages delivered I go down no package, I have to spend cab fair to get there when I picked up packages I get home and they gave me a package that belonged to someone in the next building, some of the mail carriers leave your package in open mail room.Ive gone down to find an empty box with my name on it, and called customer service and they are rude like it’s somehow your fault
